Eat light and healthy, and do not think that being on-the-go everyday will give you an excuse to indulge on food. Sometimes you think that you are eating the right amount of food, but the truth is that you are burning off less than what you are consuming. Try salads and fruits, or light meals that you cannot buy in regular fast food chains.

Consume more protein rich food. Protein is a compound that inhibits the appetite, and so with it you will not feel hungry as often anymore. One protein source you can use is fish.

Empty calories found in sodas and alcohol will not get you anywhere good. Refresh with water, and have lots of it.
Structured eating and amount control will help you. Have a schedule and a decided amount limit per meal. Once you get used to it, it will be both easy and beneficial.
