Easy Ways To Fat Loss with One Series of Exercises
You can do a lot at home or at the office without going to the fitness center. Your equipment is always with you and that is nothing but yourself. 1. Begin with the stationary run and high knees.

Move your arms and lift each knee as you do about 40 repetitions of this exercise. This is safer than if you were sprinting outside since you aren’t moving each step to the front. Your hamstrings are not at risk with this one.
2. Now you’re going to do a walking pushup. All you do is get into pushup position and put one hand ahead of the other.
Each rep will be done by first bringing up the rear hand to the front. This exercise is popular in a weight loss forum.
Perform 10 repetitions on each hand.
3. Raised leg squatting. Put one foot forward on a step and the other foot behind you.
Drop down and then push back up with the leading foot.Twenty reps for both sides should be sufficient.
4. The x body mountain climber starts in pushup position. Keep your hips lowered while bringing your knees one at a time to the opposite side of your chest. Do this ten times.
