Rules of This Crash Diet:
The basics of this these crash diets is an extremely low carbohydrate level. Avoiding carbohydrates in your diet keeps your body from adding weight. So, for these crash diets to work you have to eat less than 20 grams of carbohydrates per day.
Since meats and cheeses have no carbohydrates, you can eat as much as you want on the Atkins diet. You can have as much of these items as you want.
Fresh Meats and Cheeses.
Meat – Beef, Pork, Lamb, Bacon, Veal, Ham, and Venison
Fish - Tuna, Salmon, Sole, Trout, Flounder, Sardines, and Herring
Fowl – Chicken, Turkey, Duck, Goose, Quail, Pheasant, and Cornish Hen
Shellfish -Oysters, Mussels, Clams, Squid, Shrimp, Lobster, and Crab
Eggs – Scrambled, Fried, Poached, Soft Boiled, Hard Boiled, and Deviled
Cheese – Aged & Fresh, Cow & Goat, Cream Cheese, Cottage Cheese, Swiss and Cheddar

Vegetables:
A serving of these vegetables contain less than 10% of you daily carbohydrate amount. So, you can eat three cups of these vegetables and you’re alright.

So basically as a quick weight loss diet just eat as much of the good foods as you want and avoid the bad foods.
